New England Amateur Championship

Practice Rounds: Practice Rounds will not be available at Concord CC. Players will have the opportunity to walk the golf course without clubs on Monday, July 20th between 8AM and 12PM.

Starting Times: Starting Times can be found by clicking on the "Pairings & Starting Times" tab above. Starting times will begin at 7:30am off the 1st & 10th tees each day.
Withdrawals: Please advise the NEGA office immediately at ghowell@massgolf.org or (774) 430-9016 if you are unable to compete. Failure to advise the NEGA office may disqualify the player from future NEGA competition.
Format: 72 holes, stroke play. A cut will be made after 36 holes - top 40 players and ties will advance to the final day.

Spectators: Due to Massachusetts state COVID-19 policies for Amateur Athletic Tournaments, Spectators are not permitted during the New England Amateur.
Caddies/Automotive Transportation: Golf carts are not permitted during any portion of the competition. Push carts are allowed at Concord Country Club.
Due to Massachusetts state guidelines that permit only 100 people on the golf course at one time during the tournament, caddies are PROHIBITED for Rounds 1 & 2 of the Championship. Caddies may be permitted for Rounds 3 & 4 of the Championship.
Competition Tees/ Yardage: The competition will be played from the NEGA Tee Markers. The competitoin will be played from approximately 6,600 yards (Par 70).
Golf Shop, Locker Room and Practice Facilities: The Pro Shop and practice facilities will be open at 6:30am. The Driving range is limited to 200 yard shots and will not be available after a competitor's round.
Awards & Prizes: The Champion's name will be engraved on the Harry B. McCracken Jr. Trophy. In addition, the Champion will receive the Championship Crystal trophy provided by Prize Possessions.
Food & Beverage: Lunch is provided by the NEGA each day for competitors only inside the main clubhouse. The poolhouse (behind 9th green) will also be open for Food & Beverage for competitors and spectators.

*There will be no regsitration on the day of the event - please report to your scheduled starting hole to recieve local rules, scorecard, etc. 10-15 minutes prior to your starting time.
Official Championship Awards for all NEGA Championships are provided by Prize Possessions.
